How recordings are handled
What is recorded
During the testing phase, Eva records the audio of every call. When you share your screen, and your browser can record it, the video of what you share is recorded too, from the moment sharing starts to the moment it ends. A voice call with no screen share keeps the audio only. A recording can be incomplete or missing: some browsers cannot record a shared screen, and an upload or the audio copy can fail. When a share is not being recorded, Eva says so on screen. The recording may contain whatever was on your screen, including passwords and keys; close those before you share.
Who sees it
Inside the app, only Integral's admins, only in the review screen they use to improve Eva. The audio also passes through ElevenLabs, our voice provider, which stores it for up to 180 days.
How long we keep it
Until the testing phase ends, on a date Stephen sets. That date is: not yet set. After that date, a nightly job deletes every recording and the audio, at ElevenLabs first and then here. A call still being processed when the job runs waits up to 48 hours, then goes the next night. Transcripts and Eva's one-line notes about the screen stay, as they did before recording.
Asking for deletion
Email stephen@gointegral.co and we will delete every recording of your calls, at ElevenLabs first and then here, and tell you when it is done.
